Six decades of local advocacy
Back in 1965, a local group of parents, friends, and professionals envisioned a world where individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities could live healthy and fulfilling lives — just like everyone else in society. To help assure that reality, they established The Arc Otsego, a chapter of The Arc New York.
Today the agency offers comprehensive, community-based services, supports, and programs to over 400 individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their families throughout Otsego County — and we still welcome every opportunity to improve and expand our partnerships with individuals, their families, communities, and local businesses.
